Worker node configurable root volume size on ROSA Classic/HCP

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

An insurance customer inquired about the actual need for 300GB of EBS volume for each worker node for simple reasons of cost and resource utilization.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

They note that their existing EKS worker nodes have 80GB disks that are only 15% utilized, and are concerned with paying for quite a lot of unused EBS capacity as their deployment scales.
