OCP installation in a restricted network in GCP leave the network to download the images

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When we have a GCP restricted installation where the customer currently have a repository and they don't want to leave the customer network OCP needs to go to a GCP redhat project to download the workers images

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In this case the customer is a bank, but the requirement of a restricted installation make that every customer with a restricted installation will suffer the same problem.
