Goal:
Let Telemetry Server have the metrics about OpenShift Authentication identityProviders used in customers OCP clusters.

Problem:
There is no telemetry metrics for Auth IDP data

Why is this important:
Gathering this data will help us with data points needed to improve QE test coverage and focus the real customer scenarios about the various supported Auth IDPs.
