      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Add ROSA branding option so support cases are properly routed

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

This RFE is the result of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2106675. That bug requests making the link customizable. But work completed with https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/11874 fixes the issue for OpenShift Dedicated and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (currently named OpenShift Managed (Azure) pending the completion of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CPCCM-9926), so the shortest, most consistent path to fully resolving the mis-routed support cases is to add a branding option for Red Hat OpenShift on AWS.

Note this work will require multiple PRs as the API will need to be updated to add the branding option (see https://github.com/openshift/api/blob/b21e86c742e740c2e2c55288a0e6b68cf3afee4d/operator/v1/types_console.go#L205-L222) as well as include changes to the console operator, console server, and console itself.

As it stands, this branding option is only required to update the support case link. Need to determine if PM wants a custom logo for ROSA (as it stands today, only Online and Dedicated have custom logos).

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

So that support cases are correctly routed in order to avoid delays in support response.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
