      Hello Team,

I have a customer who is providing namespace scoped argocd instances for their customers.
They need to define each namespace in advance (eg. customer-dev, customer-prod, etc.) in the argocd gui: settings -> cluster -> clustername -> general -> namespaces.

They would like to define wildcard namespace name there like customer-* so we don't need to add every namespace in advance.

Below are the more details regarding this feature request :

Proposed title of this feature request
      > allow to use wildcard namespace names in the cluster settings

What is the nature and description of the request?
      > Argocd can only handle static namespaces in the managed cluster settings (screenshots attached), but we would like to use wildcard namespace names.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      > When customer needs to define hundreds of similar namespaces it will be very difficult to maintain the list. Additionally if customer would like to dynamically define namespaces for examle testing purposes $namespacename-$date format then it will be also difficult to add/remove static namespaces every time when a test runs.

How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
      > Allow the definition of wildcard names in namespaces in the webpage and argocd handle it as allowed namespace

For each functional requirement listed in question 4, specify how Red Hat
and the customer can test o confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
      > Define a wildcard namespace then check in the application that the management of the namespace is allowed (like in the screenshots)
