      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Label Operators accordingly to their support state.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As and end-user I'd like to see in the OperatorHub page whether specific Operators provided by Red Hat are fully supported or not, staying in technical preview for an instance.

Giving as an example Loki Operator there is no clear indication it is tech-preview right now. Only after checking the docs (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/logging/cluster-logging-release-notes.html#cluster-logging-about-loki) one can notice it isn't fully supported.

This isn't very convenient and may be misleading.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Not knowing what is the support status of specific Operator is very inconvenient and misleading. Customer seeing Operator as available to install most likely will consider it fully supported. We should not expect customers to check the documentation about support level of each Operator prior the installation.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
