Developer Git import flow should support more git providers and ssh authentication

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
As a developer I want to use all the features of the Developer Console (ODC web UI) also with private Git repositories that are only accessible via an SSH key. SSH keys are commonly used as Deployment keys to share read-only access to a Git repository.

I also want to use other git providers than GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket. Or the on-prem BitBucket Server version which is not supported today.

Developer experience to use the Developer Console also with private Git repositories.

Developer Console / ODC, this might affect the console frontend and backend code
