Need the L2Advertisement to be done only on the right / required interface.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

In OCP 4.8 customer was using the community MetalLB operator and observed switchover time to be around 30-40 seconds while testing failover.

They have done a workaround in the community MetalLB source code to fix the L2Advertisement Interface to br-ex and with this, they get the switchover time of 1 sec to 2 secs.

They tested the MetalLB failover in OCP 4.10 with RH MetalLB Operator and the switchover time was 13 seconds.

The customer is expecting a switchover time of 1-2 seconds.
