Collect NetworkPolicy when inspecting namespace resources.

`oc adm inspect ns` should include the NetworkPolicy resources, as NetworkPolicy are a common cause of customer applications not working as intended.

To simplify the collection of data for the customer, and improve time to resolution for support cases.
