2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The default interval of imagestream update is 15 minutes, which is too much longer than my customer's expectation, so the customer expects to be able to tune the interval per their requirement.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
My customer adopts quay and now use quay for their image geo mirroring, they expect to push image to source region and after the quay done the mirroring to another region, the imagestream quickly detect the source image update and trigger new deployment. However the current imagestream update interval is 15 minutes which could not meet their requirement.
