        • Configuring Ingress Controller sharding by using Ingress classes
      • What is the nature and description of the request?
        • Allow the non-Openshift native applications to choose the ingress controller. Many Helm charts do not support route labels, but most of them support ingress class definition. So we need to control the traffic via the Ingress class. The best option would be if the route created based on an ingress object inherit labels from the ingress class.
      • Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
        • They deploy many Helchar applications which do not support route labels. So they want to be able to use the Ingress class for that purpose.
