2. What is the nature and description of the request?

With respect to BZ-1884632 adding BYOK disk encryption can be done for azure. Also, we have KCS-6053261 to do this as a day-2 operation. In official doc, the procedure is present for machineset which is available for worker nodes. The ask is to have feature for BYOK available for master nodes as day-2 with correct steps in official document. As per Epic-OCPCLOUD-1133, the process is present only for application nodes i.e. worker nodes.

Customer requires this to have disk encryption for master nodes.
