Configure the Default Container for the MachineAPI Operator

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The Machine API Operator has 2 containers within the deployment. One is an RBAC sidecar proxy and the other is the Machine API.

Adding the `kubectl.kubernetes.io/default-logs-container: machine-api-operator` annotation to the pod-template will indicate to the `oc` tool which container is the primary container for the deployment and make the product more user-friendly.
