Goal:
Add telemetry to gather information of networking.

Problem:
There is no metrics for networking component, such as

• How many of our deployments are using SDN:
• If using SDN then how many deployments are using Multitenant/Subnet mode?
• How many of our deployments are using OVN
• If using OVN then how many deployments are using IPSec, Local Gateay or Shared gateway mode?

Why is this important:
Gathering this data will help us with data points needed to improve QE test coverage, adjust the test profiles and focus the real customer scenarios.
