1. Proposed title of this feature request:

Customer would like a documented process for backing up and restoring a cluster via AWS snapshots in the event a OCP upgrade fails and requires an immediate cluster rollback to the previously functioning OCP version

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Rather than attempt a etcd restore/reinstall or troubleshoot a failed upgrade, a snashot restore could be used to get a failing upgrade rolled back in quick order.

Provide a DR solution for a quick recovery of a failed OCP upgrade
