Required permissions for vSphere CSI driver on OpenShift UPI

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Permissions mentioned in the Official document[1] are too much for the Customer. They want to know the minimum required permissions for the vSphere CSI driver on OpenShift UPI.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
It's big trouble if OpenShift deleted other VMs by some bug. Due to avoid such trouble, our customers don't want to give many permissions to OpenShift.
