      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Capacity Reservation via MachineSet on Azure in OpenShift Container Platform 4

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Starting March 2022, Microsoft introduced On-demand Capacity Reservation. The on-demand Capacity Reservation enables customers to reserve Compute capacity in an Azure region or an Availability Zone for any duration of time. Unlike Reserved Instances, customers do not have to sign up for a 1-year or a 3-year term commitment.

      Benefits of Capacity Reservation

      • Once deployed, capacity is reserved for the customer use and always available within the scope of applicable SLAs
      • Can be deployed and deleted at any time with no term commitment

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
For disaster recovery scenarios, customers are required to have certain capacity available. With that functionality, specific instances can be easily guaranteed by creating a Capacity Reservation for the specific Machine or Machines part of a MachineSet.

It's therefore requested to have an option in Azure MachineSet definition to set Capacity Reservation on per MachineSet level to avoid doing it manually Machine by Machine after their creation.
