      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      New alert from vsphere problem detector at prometheus level to detect situation if number of VMDKs in kubevols are not matching with PVs in OCP.
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      It seems that vsphere problem detector is checking the VMDKs in kubevols folder.

      ~~~
      I0505 08:25:04.781538       1 folder.go:98] CheckFolderPermissions: found 18 files in datastore ds-l17s5100x-a43a at path /kubevols
      ~~~

      So, if it is detecting the number of VMDKs in kubevols folder then it would be beneficial to have alert which detects the situation in case VMDK is missing for any PV. In some cases, VMDKs get deleted or some kind of storage vMotion activity loses track of VMDKs. So, in such cases, alert triggered at the moment when there is no VMDK in kubevols respective to PV then it is primarily notifying the customer to take some actions.
      With this, we can also avoid situations where customer seems unknown to missing VMDK for PV.
      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      Many situations where customer is unknown to missing VMDKs related to present PVs in OCP can be avoided. We faced situation where customer triggered the upgrade in the case where VMDKs were missing at kubevols.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
