We need to add resourcegroup manually in a platform spec after generating install-config.yaml. Of course we also need to update worker or master profile names by ourselves but it is convenient if generated install-config include brank resourcegroup section as a template.

Here is an example of install-config.yaml. We need to fill the platform spec when we want to go to a next installation step, but resourceGroupName field is always missing. There are few solutions here, one is adding a questionary to add this field, and the second one is adding resourceGroupName: {} as a default, for example.
