Manage and support the EgressIP functionality on NUTANIX AHV (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/networking/ovn_kubernetes_network_provider/configuring-egress-ips-ovn.html)

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer is in the process of migrating from VMWARE to NUTANIX and would like to get the same egressIP functionality supported on this new platform

5. Can you please share the urgency of this Feature Request, and what is the business impact ?

We are in the process of migrating to NUTANIX and we need an URGENT/QUICK reply on the feasibility of the support of this feature. The official support is needed by the end of 2022.
