Metric of  versions available for an operator

*  What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer requires to verify which operator versions are available, this is for upgrade and PoC purposes.

• Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This will improve the management of the cluster, based on the wide number of  OCP clusters that  Customer is responsible of, the verification of the available operator versions is hard to verify.
