[RFE] MachineConfig should remove "console=ttyS1,115200n8" kernel paramter

= We can not remove the console parameters by using the MCO file. We need to remove it manually by using "rpm-ostree".

= CU does not want to do it manually. requesting an adjustment of the MCO so that it can also remove the settings.

Please add your view on it.
