1. Proposed title of this feature request:
--> SNO installer should expose an option in the UI to configure network bonding and/or static network configurations.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
--> As of now with the default SNO installer, it is not possible to configure static network configuration or network bonding from the installation UI once the physical machine is detected hence the customer has to either make use of assisted service APIs or by injecting the customer ignition configs in the SNO iso which is not supported and adds an overhead of manual efforts. The purpose of this request is to understand if there is a way to have this option available on the installation UI (console.redhat.com) page itself where the customer can configure static network and/or network bonding for redundancy.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
--> In order to get a seamless experience of OCP deployment, especially during the POC phase where the customers may or may not have technical exposure to OCP product and without having to perform manual tasks of customizing the vanilla iso to deploy the single node cluster. We have received this feedback from one of the strategic customers hence we wanted to understand if this feature can be added to SNO UI.
