Intel has upstreamed a scraper on https://github.com/k8snetworkplumbingwg/sriov-network-metrics-exporter and Verizon wants this supported so that metrics are produced and integrated into prometheus

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
They need this to monitor the AC100 and N3000 cards that they have.
