Make csi-driver-nfs supported for ODF provided NFS-exports

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

ODF is working with Ceph and Rook to provide containerized NFS-Ganesha servers. These servers are then configured to provide NFS-exports for PVs. The Ceph-CSI driver will be used for dynamic provisioning and providing the required parameters in the PV so that the csi-driver-nfs can mount the PVs.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

ODF plans on migrating customers from (legacy) Red Hat Gluster Storage and OpenShift Container Storage 3.x to OpenShift Data Foundation 4.x (Ceph based). Ceph protocols are not suitable for migrated workloads, as these include external clients which should not have access to the Ceph storage cluster directly.
