-> Prometheus history provider for vertical pod autoscaler
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
-> As currently available in the official Kubernetes vertical pod autoscaler, I want to be able to configure Prometheus as a history provider for vertical pod autoscaler recommendations.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
->Making dashboards and recommendations to our users through VPA recommendations.
4. How would the customer like to achieve this?
-> Add the possibility to configure it in the operator subscription, so its recommendations are exposed in Prometheus.
