      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Performance Testing of Arm on OpenShift

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

In a future release of OpenShift we will introduce support for a new chip architecture - Arm. It is desirable to do performance testing to help us quantify that OpenShift performs as expected. This would be ideally be a phased approach, limited testing first to check on basic performance followed by more substantial testing as features are added. Comparison with equivalent x86 performance would be desirable.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Internal request but in general customers will expect us to be able to quantify that a) there is no performance degradation with OCP when using Arm, b) how much better OCP on are is from a performance perspective

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      All the core OpenShift functionality
