Allow Ingress to use the same Egress IP address

Integrate MetalLB Ingress with the same IP used for Egress IP
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer requirement is that the Ingress - Egress IP should be the same for each signaling service ( S1-AP, S6a .. ), because the current Samsung design is to use MetalLB as the primary Load balancer.
