Automatically select new Deployment in Topology and open the sidebar

Description

As a user, I want find my newly created Deployment in a Topology with many other resources quicker and easier. For that the new Deployment should be automatically focused / selected after the import from git / container flows and the sidebar should be open automatically.

Acceptance Criteria

1. After importing a Deployment with the common import flows the new Deployment / DeploymentConfig or Knative Service should be automatically selected.
2. The sidebar should open automatically as well and should show the just created resources.

Additional Details

The auto select just need to set the selectId URL query parameter when redirecting to the Topology. Helm Charts do this already because the sidebar contains important Release notes.
