- When seeking “help” to set up the Serverless App, users were not aware they could access Quick Starts for help. Some users went to Documentation or Learning Portal instead of selecting “Quick Starts”.
- The “help” section (question mark icon on the top right corner) offers several competing features, i.e. Quick Starts, Documentation, and Learning Portal. Users need clearer distinction amongst the options.
- In addition to promoting the Quick Starts after users log in, consider reassessing the labeling of all help related features, i.e. Documentation, Learning Portal, and Quick Starts, and helping users better distinguish those features.
