Consider adding a Search on Add page similar to Topology

Description of problem:

Currently if a user knows what they want to add, they are forced to either:

• (1) go to Add page -> (2) Click on Dev Catalog -> (3) enter search criteria -> (4) view search results
  *OR*
• * (2) go to Topology page -> (2) Click on Search (although no discoverability for that ) -> (3) enter search criteria -> (4) view search results

We have received internal requests to enable a Search from the Add page
