Developers need an overview of route/service/pods with the ability to see if traffic is being received

Description of problem:

Note - this is considered a Usability bug, since it's a usability degradation from 3.x to 4.x

The 4.x experience is degraded from 3.x. Devs need an overview of their service including routes & pods, and whether or not they are receiving traffic. Although this information is available in the console, there's some hunting and pecking necessary.
