Description of problem:

Maven task asks for workspaces for the maven-settings. It should be a pom file

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Openshift Pipeline operator should be installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. On create pipeline from builder page select maven task
2. Click on the Maven task to see the side pane
3. Scroll down to Workspace section where you will find maven-settings

Maven settings drop down should contain help text as "select maven settings file"
