Description of problem:

When you move the QuickSearch modal around and resize it, if you click outside of the modal it closes. Once you reopen it, we are back to the default starting position. Accidents happen and this seems unnecessarily inconvenient for the user.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None to test, but impacts Pipeline Builder's Add Task modal as well

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Topology
2. Open the Quick Search Modal
3. Resize and move and type something in the search
4. Click outside to close the modal
5. Reopen it

Actual results:

The text is kept, the location and size are reset

Expected results:

Expect the user to be able to close and not lose everything (at least at the same longevity that the search is in there)
