Description of problem:

In Add Page, "Getting Started Resources" are not getting restored after Removing "Show Getting Started Resources", PFA for screencast

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Login with kubeadmin user

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Developer perspective
2. Navigate to Add page
3. Select the "Hide from view" option from "kebab menu" present in Getting started resources section
4. Click on "X" present in Show getting started resources" label

Actual results:

It got cleared from the Add page and unable to find the option to retrieve back

Expected results:

UI option should be available to retrieve back the Getting Started Resources section
