Pipelines Log snippet is not displayed on the logs tab

Description of problem:

For some PipelineRun failures, the failure reasons is stated in the "Log snippet" section of the PipelineRun "Details" tab but the "Logs" tab does not show the snippet and is empty for the failed task in that PipelineRun.

Expected results:

The "Log snippet" should also be visible on the "Logs" tab.
