Description of problem:

Currently we can start a pipeline through kebab menu in pipeline list page.For stopping a pipeline user has to navigate to pipeline run details page. If I can start a new pipeline run from pipeline list page then as a user I want to have a option to stop the latest pipeline run(last run) there.

UX suggestion:

My suggestion to address this bug would be to add 'Stop' to the pipeline kebab menu of and keep the user on the main pipelines page after they start the pipeline instead of directing them to the pipeline details page.
