Provide actions to create connectors (in addition to our current drag & drop support)

Problem:

Although we provide the ability to create connectors in the console, they are only through drag & drop operations in Topology.

Goals

• User wants to easily create a binding connection so that an application and service are able to communicate between each other
• Product goals - to provide a more discoverable creation method for connectors.
