OpenShift web console displays duration only for entire Pipelinerun, TaskRun yaml's include startingTime and completionTime in the status section of the YAML. We have to calculate the duration for each Taskrun step programmatically and send them as an email to the end-user in a notification step web console can display duration for each Taskrun in the gui

Taskrun duration are needed so that the end-user knows how much time is spent in which step and focus on optimizations in that step if necessary
