PAO supports 'systemReserved' with PAO

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
A customer requested to set customer values for 'systemReserved' CPU and memory. [1]

It seems kubeconfig is configurable with PAO. 'systemReserved' is however unavailable according to KCS [2]

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer is developing CNF applications on OCP needing the feature for turning the nodes.
