1. Proposed title of this feature request
In Multi AZ cluster IPI installation, azure storage account for the image registry should be created as Zone-redundant storage (ZRS)
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The client installed the OCP 4.8.14 private cluster on Azure ZA north region. He installed the cluster over 3 AZ's, but the storage account created is Locally redundant storage (LRS) and not Zone-redundant storage (ZRS).
This means in case of AZ failure the image registry will not be able to access images for new deployments. He expects the storage account to be created zones redundant.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
In case of AZ failure the image registry will not be able to access images for new deployments.
