Improved status to show dependencies in the Operator hub console

Display Operator dependencies into Operator Hub console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Many of the components within IBM Cloud Paks have long dependency chains. We use OLM to ensure that the right set of operators are installed. There is no visualization that shows how certain operators came to be; that is, there is no way to see the dependency chains that are in place. There is a lack of transparency from the user’s perspective. It can appear that random, unjustified operators are included in their installation.
