-> Improved groupings of related operators in the OCP console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

-> Users have to go to the OperatorHub to install IBM Cloud Paks in the OCP console. The main page has hundreds of entries (the IBM Operator Catalog alone has ~125). It is difficult to navigate. IBM Cloud Paks are somewhat hierarchical, each IBM Cloud Pak usually has a single "top-level" operator and several nested operators that deploy individual capabilities.
It would be great if OperatorHub/operator catalogues would support the notion of hierarchy and grouping of operators.
