Improved validation and status notifications for actions taken in the console

Improve the status notification for ongoing activities in OpenShift Console

2. What is the nature and description of the request
Users have trouble identifying how they can verify task completion. Immediate feedback in the console would increase user confidence that their actions have resolved successfully (or are in progress). Just like a popup notification on the same window and does not require navigating to the events tab.

For example, users can't easily track operand deployment status. Currently, they must gather details from multiple sources within the OCP console. Even then, they still might not generate a clear picture of what is happening.
