When creating a new Route object, there is a UI wizard which lets the user paste or upload the TLS certificate information.

When updating a Route, the user is presented with the YAML content instead. The same UI should be available while updating the route.

This is important to customer because the users who look after TLS certificate renewal aren’t always comfortable with YAML.
This is especially true for YAML files with multi-line content such as certificates.
