Customer found difficult to find the issue while installing the operator, the procedure got stuck at the install plan approval without further hint about where can be the issue.

For better user experience from troubleshoot point of view

In the specific case reported by the CU, maybe by linking related openshift-marketplace events to the affected operator namespace or as a error log trace
