Support Ignition RHCOS support for Azure Generation 2 VMs.

•   GEN2-Vm in AZURE support for Ignition/RHCOS in Openshift 4.
   

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• New support for Azure 2 VM generation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/generation-2
  Ignition tracker: https://github.com/coreos/ignition/issues/1194 
• The RFE seems to be already in the radar for the long-term but this Jira should serve as a tracker.
   

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Instantiating a RHCOS worker node into an existing Openshift 4.7 cluster using a Gen 2 Azure NDv2 instance fails as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1954707
