Proposed title of this feature request
1. Implement Admin-focused Network Topology view
What is the nature and description of the request?
1. The developer topology view targets the application layer and ignores underlying infrastructure in order to create a simple view for app devs to quick;y understand their microservice topology.
2. Admins need a more advanced view that shows how applications are grouped by project or node, and (where possible) shows the underlying network infrastructure, not just the overlay network provided by OCP.
3. This should serve as a base layer to topology data overlayed by ACS and ACM.
4. Care should be taken to ensure that this view is scalable, given the wide range of sizes and footprints that OCP clusters can take.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
1. Give admins a visualization of their cluster and underlying infrastructure that contains details relevant to their specific persona
2. Provide a base layer for value-add tools like ACS and ACM to overlay their respective data in the hybrid console world— seamless experience regardless of what tools you're using.
List any affected packages or components.
