What is the nature and description of the request?
If required fields or parameters are not completed by the user, the deployment of the operand can fail. The most relevant example for IBM operands is the the license accept field. If the user does not accept the license agreement in the CR create form, the deployment will fail. Additionally, it would be ideal to alert the user that the license has not been accepted and prevent the form from being submitted.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
At the moment the license accept section of the form is collapsed by default, and many users fail to accept the license agreement because it is overlooked. This leads to many failed deployments, and an inordinate amount of frustration from a relatively simple mistake we helped our users to make by hiding the required field in a collapsed section.
