Single Node Installer for disconnected clusters

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently Red Hat is supporting installation of Single Node Clusters (SNO) via the Assisted Installer available from cloud.redhat.com. There is a need of building also disconnected SNO. Also this needs to be doable in a fully automated way via customers automation tools (Ansible,...).

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer needs to build disconnected SNO clusters.
